One personal training session per week - Month-to-month payment include a set number of sessions per month (1×/week = 4 sessions), based on an average across the year. Some months include a supplemental (5th) week. Any session beyond what’s included in your membership is considered an extra session and is optional, billed at $80 per session (Add-on session).
